Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial services, managing large corporates.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills; translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; influence stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of financial products, services, and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the bank's overall objectives, contributing to financial targets and market positioning.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the lifecycle of projects from conceptualization to completion, monitoring and ensuring success.
• Manage and optimize departmental budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and financial controls.
• Identify and assess potential risks, developing mitigation strategies to safeguard assets and reputation.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, regulators, and industry partners.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
