Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd in Singapore invites an experienced VP, Group Strategy & Transformation to shape the bank's strategic agenda and oversee complex transformation initiatives across the region. The role blends strategic analysis with program delivery in a hybrid setting in the Central Region.

You will develop strategic viewpoints, lead cross-functional teams, engage senior stakeholders, and participate in management committees while driving capability development within the GSAT team.

On Strategy, we support the MEC in their definition of the bank’s ambition and roadmap. Through Transformation, we support business heads to prioritize initiatives, structure them into programs for execution, and drive their successful delivery. In addition, the team supports the bank's strategic Communications activity. Given the team’s position at the forefront of change within the bank, there are exciting potential career paths within the team as well as within the wider UOB franchise.
