Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics/Math/CS/Economics) and 10–12 years in analytics.
• Minimum 5 years in leadership or managerial capacity.
• Proven track record building analytics strategies in financial services, preferably banking.
• Deep expertise in statistical modeling, ML, and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in Python or R, with experience in big data (Hadoop/Spark).
• Strong data visualization (Tableau/Power BI) and SQL skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities; able to translate complex concepts to non‑tech stakeholders.
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategy for analytics and insights aligned with the bank’s objectives.
• Lead a team of data scientists, analysts and reporting specialists.
• Oversee end-to-end analytics lifecycle from data collection to deployment and monitoring.
• Translate data findings into actionable insights for senior management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate analytics needs into technical requirements.
• Advance analytics techniques, including ML and AI, to solve business problems.
• Govern data quality, privacy and security across analytics initiatives.
• Evaluate and adopt new analytics tools and methods to boost capabilities.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
