Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Change Management professional to drive and support strategic business transformation initiatives across functions. This role focuses on successful project delivery, process optimization, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within UOB.

You will lead end-to-end change projects, conduct detailed analysis, develop change management plans, train staff, and engage stakeholders to ensure adoption and realized benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business change management or related fields.
• Proven track record leading complex change initiatives across diverse functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate strategy to action.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience in process re-engineering and digital transformation.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business change projects from concept to implementation and review.
• Perform detailed business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
• Develop change management plans including communication and training.
• Collaborate with business units and technology teams to ensure alignment.
• Identify and mitigate risks to minimize disruption to operations.
• Track KPIs and benefits realization for senior management.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to drive adoption.
