Qualifications

• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively understanding guest preferences, anticipating needs, and creating personalized experiences to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle and process guest enquiries with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring reservations, bookings, and special requests are completed promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Liaise closely with internal departments to coordinate seamless arrangements for guest requests, ensuring timely delivery of products and services and a smooth end-to-end customer experience.
• Manage guest feedback, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, providing appropriate resolutions while upholding service quality and strengthening guest relationships.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, promotions, and operational procedures to provide accurate information and recommendations tailored to guest needs.
• Ensure all guest interactions are documented accurately in the system, keeping records updated to support effective communication, follow-up actions, and service continuity.
