Job summary

Allied Search PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a VIP Reservations Executive (Call Centre) to deliver exceptional guest experiences by anticipating needs and personalizing service.

You will manage reservations, liaise with internal departments, and respond to guest enquiries with accurate information, while maintaining high service standards. Flexibility for weekend/public holiday shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with relevant experience in the hospitality or service industry.
• Experience in hospitality or service industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding guest preferences and creating personalized experiences.
• Handle and process guest enquiries ensuring reservations and special requests are completed promptly.
• Liaise with internal departments to coordinate arrangements for guest requests and timely service delivery.
• Manage guest feedback and complaints professionally, providing appropriate resolutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, promotions, and procedures.
• Document all guest interactions accurately in the system for continuity.
