Job summary

2A ENTERTAINMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to manage daily Club bookings, ensuring accuracy, efficient table allocation and a seamless member experience. You will act as duty manager as needed and collaborate with Membership and Operations to prioritise reservations.

The role requires strong planning, leadership and customer-service skills, with the ability to handle high-demand periods and flexible hours. Prior premium hospitality experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/management experience in premium hospitality.
• Strong reservations, planning, member-relations and organisational skills.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to work flexible operational hours.

Responsibilities

• Act as duty manager when assigned and support opening, service and closing activities.
• Oversee restaurant and Club reservations and maintain accurate booking information.
• Review daily and forward reservation patterns and coordinate table allocation.
• Manage waitlists, cancellations and special member requests.
• Ensure member preferences and relevant booking notes are accurately recorded.
• Coordinate high-demand periods, special occasions and important member requirements.
• Work closely with Membership and Operations managers on booking priorities.
• Analyse reservation trends and support optimisation of Club capacity.
• Train relevant employees on reservation procedures and telephone/email standards.
• Maintain high standards of member service, discretion and operational communication.
