Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking an Executive (Membership Development & Guest Experience) in Singapore.

The role focuses on boosting guest visitation, membership sign-ups and delivering outstanding customer service to create memorable guest experiences. You will support the Supervisor in daily operations, assist with festive events, and stay informed about in-house programmes and services to communicate updates to guests.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business or related field required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Increase guest visitation and membership sign-ups through outstanding customer service and engaging guest experiences.
• Support the Supervisor in daily operations, as well as festive and ad-hoc events.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of in-house programmes, products and services, and proactively communicate updates to guests.
• Work closely with Reservations, Transport and F&B to handle requests promptly and effectively.
• Support cross-functional projects, including administrative duties and coordination with other business units.

As a Executive (Membership Development & Guest Experience), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Increase guest visitation and membership sign-ups through outstanding customer service and engaging guest experiences.

• Support the Supervisor in daily operations, as well as festive and ad-hoc events.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of in-house programmes, products and services, and proactively communicate the latest updates to guests.

• Work closely with various departments, including Reservations, Transport and F&B, to ensure guests’ requests and enquiries are handled promptly and effectively.

• Support cross-functional projects, including administrative duties and coordination with other business units when required.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Business or related field with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
