Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O Level, Diploma preferred.
• Prior service/advisor experience in automotive beneficial.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence and ability to drive luxury cars.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for servicing, maintenance, and repair needs.
• Receive vehicles, perform service reception, and prepare accurate job cards.
• Address enquiries professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Provide quotations with estimated completion timelines.
• Coordinate with workshop technicians for timely work.
• Monitor recalls and service campaigns during visits.
• Provide regular updates on progress and completion schedules.
• Handle back-ordered parts and delivery timelines.
• Ensure thorough documentation of vehicle condition at reception.
• Conduct proper handovers upon completion of service.
• Arrange chauffeur/transport for VIP customers when required.
• Assist with collection/delivery of vehicles.
• Deliver luxury customer experience with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Support marketing events and brand initiatives when required.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
