Job summary

Eurokars Habitat Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Service Advisor to be the voice and advocate for customers in our premium automotive service center. You will handle appointment bookings, resolve issues, manage insurance claims, and drive customer satisfaction while collaborating closely with workshop teams.

You will monitor service orders, invoices, and payments, generate reports, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience as Service Advisor in automotive industry preferred.
• GCE 'O' Level/Diploma with strong customer service background.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and service management systems.
• Singapore Citizens/Permanent Residents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily appointment bookings and deliver quality service to all customers.
• Handle enquiries on services, repairs, insurance claims, and backorder parts status.
• Ensure all customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
• Monitor repair orders, invoices, and outstanding payments for timely closure.
• Track CSI performance to meet/exceed targets.
• Work closely with workshop teams to address customer needs promptly.
• Oversee daily service operations for smooth workflow and process efficiency.
• Provide operational advice and support to team members.
• Handle escalations and task assignments efficiently.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly service reports as required.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Engage customers to promote products and services.
• Complete brand training and enhance product knowledge continuously.
• Support Aftersales, Marketing, and Sales events to achieve departmental goals.
