Job summary

World Auto Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Shop/Service Coordinator to support daily workshop operations and customer service. You will handle inquiries, provide quotations, and convert job cards into invoices while managing payments for vehicles.

You will assign jobs to technicians, liaise with parts store, conduct post-repair test drives, and close job cards with clear communication to customers. At least 3 years of relevant experience, GCE O/N, and a Class 3 licence are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level required.
• Class 3 Driving Licence must be held.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily workshop operations.
• Attend to customers’ enquiries and requests for car servicing and repairs, provide professional recommendations and quotations, and convert job cards into invoices while handling payment collection for assigned vehicles.
• Handle and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner, including customer enquiries and internal communications.
• Assign jobs to technical team, issue job cards and monitor servicing and repair job status.
• Liaise with technicians and storekeepers for parts ordering to ensure requisite parts are available when needed and communicate any time restrictions to customers promptly.
• Test drive after completion of repairs before contacting customers for the collection of their cars.
• Close job cards and explain any outstanding matters on vehicle to customers.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.
