Conrad Singapore Orchard is seeking a Bellman to welcome guests, assist with arrival and departure, and deliver a warm, professional hospitality experience across the lobby and guest corridors.

You will manage luggage, deliver items to rooms, show guests to their rooms, share hotel services and local attractions, assist with information boards, and support the Concierge and Front Desk as needed, always upholding Hilton brand standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel, leisure, or retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Attentive to detail and energetic in guest interactions.

Responsabilités

• Welcome Guests on arrival and assist them during their stay; meet guest needs throughout the hotel.
• Manage Guest luggage and deliver to rooms; retrieve luggage at departure.
• Show guests to their rooms and explain amenities and safety procedures.
• Receive and deliver mail and messages; keep lobby information board updated daily.
• Maintain current information on hotel services and local attractions for guests.
• Provide support to Concierge and Front Desk as required; uphold brand standards.
