OKX is seeking a VIP Growth Manager in Singapore to partner with VIP RM and regional teams. You will leverage data insights and cross-functional collaboration to craft growth strategies, optimize incentives, and drive end-to-end execution across regions.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to translate user behavior and business data into actionable plans. Fluency in English and Chinese is highly valued, with responsibilities spanning business

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3–5 years of experience in user growth, strategy operations, business analytics, client operations, or a related field.
• Strong data analysis skills; proficient in SQL and able to pull and analyze data independently.
• Insight is the core requirement: able to find the key issue in the data, tell correlation from causation, and reach clear conclusions with deliberate trade-offs.

Aufgaben

• Business Insights & Strategy: identify growth opportunities and write management reports to shape VIP benefits and resource allocation.
• Data Monitoring: maintain KPI framework, monitor metrics daily, and automate recurring analyses.
• Incentive Plan Design & Execution: design, track, and adjust VIP incentive plans with weekly/monthly outputs.
• Middle Office & Cross-functional Collaboration: document SOPs, align regions, and act as the hub between RM, regional markets, Product, Risk and Finance.
