Job summary

OKX in Singapore is seeking a Senior Growth BI Project Manager to lead growth initiatives and analytics across regulated markets. This role involves identifying growth opportunities, managing analytics frameworks, and cross-functional project execution.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of relevant experience, strong quantitative skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in growth analytics, business intelligence, or program management.
• Exceptional learning agility and ability to connect data across unfamiliar domains.
• Strong logical and quantitative thinking with evidence-based conclusions.

• Excellent communication skills in technical and non-technical settings.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred.
