OKX Singapore is looking for a strategic growth and commercial focused professional to tackle ambiguous growth problems, size opportunities, and design scalable sales and lifecycle processes. You will work with cross‑functional teams to improve funnel performance, activation, and monetisation, while driving product adoption across customer segments.

Strong analytical skills and fintech experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to design and improve commercial/operational systems.

• Experience with Sales/Commercial teams; fintech/digital assets a plus.

Responsibilities

• Solve ambiguous growth problems and develop data-driven hypotheses.
• Identify and size growth opportunities across segments, channels, and monetisation.
• Design and test new approaches, iterating based on results.
• Build end-to-end sales and lifecycle processes from segmentation to engagement.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to improve funnel coverage and conversion.
• Develop metrics and mechanisms to measure and improve commercial performance.
• Drive product adoption and cross-sell across the customer lifecycle.
