Job summary

Binance is seeking a VIP Product Operations professional to own the end-to-end VIP user journey across app and web, driving growth, activation, and retention through campaigns and lifecycle initiatives. You will work with Product, Eng, Design, Marketing, CRM, and regional teams to deliver scalable VIP solutions, guided by data insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product operations, growth, lifecycle marketing, or product marketing.
• Proven ability to combine product thinking with operational execution for consumer-facing products.
• Experience in campaign planning and lifecycle operations (referral, notifications, reactivation, or engagement programs).
• Strong product sense: write requirements, define user flows, collaborate with Product and Engineering.
• Strong analytical skills: funnel, cohort, and campaign performance analysis.
• High ownership and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end VIP user journey across App and Web, including VIP purchase, user center, benefits center, referral, notifications, swag/benefit applications, and event participation.
• Improve VIP product experience by identifying user pain points and enhancing visibility and understanding of benefits for VIP segments.
• Design and execute growth and lifecycle initiatives to drive VIP acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and recall.
• Plan and run VIP campaigns and operational activities with strong execution, QA, and post-campaign analysis.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, CRM, Sales, and Regional teams to deliver scalable solutions using existing platform capabilities.
• Use data analysis to monitor funnel performance, user behavior, campaign ROI, and key VIP growth metrics, translating insights into action plans.
