Job summary

SOUTH BEACH INTERNATIONAL HOTEL MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to organize check-in and pre-registration procedures, and to process room sales for guests without reservations.

You will identify over-commitment, arrange alternatives, and provide directions and information to guests. Responsibilities also include assisting management in coaching staff, answering guest requests, coordinating transportation, and handling payments and safes.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate group check-in and pre-registration procedures.
• Sell rooms to guests without reservations and manage over-committed inventory.
• Answer guest queries, provide information, and follow up for satisfaction.
