SOUTH BEACH INTERNATIONAL HOTEL MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a front desk/guest services professional to ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences.

You will manage room assignments, late check-out requests, and secure guest payments while maintaining accurate billing and room status. The role involves coordinating with housekeeping, handling guest inquiries, and delivering high-quality service across daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests.
• Secure payment; activate/reissue room keys; ensure rates match market codes and document exceptions.
• Verify/adjust guest billing.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns.
• File guest paperwork; operate telephone switchboard; run daily reports and credit card authorization reports.
• Supply guests with directions and information; answer calls and process requests; arrange transportation as needed.
• Count and secure bank at start/end of shift; process all payment types and provide change.
• Follow company policies; maintain professional appearance and confidentiality; protect assets.
