Job summary

First Fun is seeking a VIP Player Experience Specialist in Singapore to bridge our game with our most valued players. You will be the trusted advisor for VIPs, delivering a premium experience, gathering feedback, and coordinating with internal teams to meet player and business goals.

You will engage proactively during major updates, monitor engagement, and propose AI-enabled improvements to optimize workflows while balancing user satisfaction and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Korean fluency with TOPIK Level 6 required.
• Diploma or degree is preferred.
• Experience in customer relations or community management is a plus.
• Experience with VIP accounts or gaming communities is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Understand game mechanics, player journey, and VIP needs.
• Be primary contact for VIP players; listen, resolve issues, and build trust.
• Maintain long-term VIP relationships; relay feedback to product/ops.
• Monitor VIP engagement and guide discussions during updates/new features.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and community teams to implement improvements.
• Identify repetitive workflows and propose AI-enabled improvements and templates.
