NEXTBEAT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Success / VIP Player Support Specialist (Japanese-Speaking) to serve as the dedicated bridge between the game and its most valued players.

The role will manage a portfolio of approximately 150 Japanese-speaking VIP players, building long-term relationships, gathering feedback, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a premium player experience.

Qualificações

• Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent).
• Proficiency in English for reporting and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Mandarin is advantageous but not required.
• Interest in gaming and quick learning of new game titles.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• Diploma or degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP players: listen actively, respond professionally, and ensure players feel valued and supported.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships by understanding player needs and engaging in ongoing conversations.
• Monitor VIP player engagement and reach out around major updates or new feature launches to gather insights.
• Collect, organise, and relay player feedback to product, operations, and community teams for improvements.
• Handle sensitive or escalated conversations, driving issues to resolution.
