Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or related field with 7+ years experience in loyalty, CX, hospitality or marketing.
• Strong project and stakeholder management across markets and teams.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation and insights translation; passion for AI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer-centric and innovative approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled loyalty culture across 1,000+ hotels through learning and engagement initiatives.
• Curate and deliver exclusive experiences connecting members with their passions via events and partnerships.
• Drive loyalty growth by improving recognition and member journeys in collaboration with CRM, Marketing, and Digital teams.
• Leverage data and insights to identify opportunities, measure performance, and continuously improve experiences.
