Job summary

Virtuos in Singapore seeks a Senior Product Manager to steer the direction, adoption, and continuous improvement of our AI platforms across Game Development, Game Art, Production, and Admin teams. You will translate business needs into a clear roadmap, balance user needs with cost and reliability, mentor colleagues, and lead discovery through rollout with engineers and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Typically 6 or more years in product management ownership of software, SaaS, or internal platforms.
• Proven roadmap ownership with measurable adoption improvements.
• Experience leading discovery, prioritization, and end-to-end launches.
• Strong analytical judgement with evidence-based decision making.
• Ability to align technical and business teams and influence without direct authority.
• Working knowledge of AI platform concepts, APIs, and cloud service costs.
• Clear written and verbal communication for adoption across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the assigned AI platforms and set quarterly priorities and a longer-term direction with leadership and product owners.
• Turn findings into clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and success measures; distinguish shared needs from single-team requests.
• Agree service quality goals and release readiness criteria with engineering; drive delivery and manage blockers.
• Lead adoption plans with business teams; set up pilots, onboarding, documentation, and local champions.
• Mentor colleagues and improve discovery, prioritization, release reviews, and measuring business value.
• Present progress, costs, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
