• Act as the primary contact for VIP players: listen, resolve issues, and ensure they feel valued.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships by gathering needs and relaying feedback to teams.
• Monitor VIP engagement; reach out during updates to guide discussions and collect insights.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and community teams to translate VIP feedback into improvements.
• Identify repetitive workflows and propose AI-enabled improvements, automations, and templates.
