Virtuos is seeking a transformation leader to drive APAC change management for our agentic AI platform across global studios. You will collaborate with AI builders, AI Champions, and studio leadership to ensure AI tools deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years in transformation, change management, or management consulting with hands-on adoption experience.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As Virtuos scales its agentic AI platform across our global studios, we need strong transformation leaders to drive adoption on the ground. This role owns change management for APAC, working hand in hand with our AI builders, AI Champions, and studio leadership to ensure that AI tools and agents deliver measurable impact across studios.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Willingness to travel regularly across studios in the region
• Bonus: technical background (engineering, data, or ML); experience in gaming or creative industries
