Job summary

Zouk Group in Singapore is seeking a VIP Executive to assist the VIP Manager in delivering a market-differentiated, high-energy atmosphere and exceptional guest experience, especially for VVIP and VIP guests.

You will collaborate with operations, marketing and hosting teams, manage VIP relations, reservations, staffing and events, and help recruit and coach hostesses and bottle service staff to uphold Zouk’s standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant VIP hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with VIP relations, including public relations, reservations, scheduling and administrative tasks.
• Create a professional, upscale, welcoming environment for guests from all walks of life.
• Establish relationships with guests and ensure each one feels valued.
• Manage payments and timing for VIP guests.
• Arrange transportation for groups and VIP guests, book parties and events.
• Expand nightly events through personal communication and marketing efforts.
• Build, nurture and grow relationships with the key client base.
• Assist with recruitment, training and service delivery of hostesses and bottle service staff.
• Build and manage a core VIP team focused on delivering Zouk's differentiated value proposition to privileged guests.
• Promote special club events to customers.

The VIP Executive is responsible for assisting the VIP Manager with the overall operational performance of the VIP team. This includes working closely with operations, marketing and all other channels to effectively deliver a market differentiated high energy atmosphere of fun and exceptional guest experience to all guests, with a specific focus on VVIP & VIP guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with aspects of VIP relations, including public relations, reservations, scheduling, staffing and other administrative tasks
• Help create a professional, upscale, welcoming environment for guests from all walks of life
• Establish relationships with guests and make each one feel valued
• Manage payments and beginning/end time for VIP guests
• Arrange transportation for groups and VIP guests, book parties and events
• Expand nightly events through personal communication and marketing efforts
• Build, nurture and grow sustainable relationships with the key client base
• Assist with the recruitment, training and service delivery of hostesses, promoter girls and bottle service crew
• Building and managing a core VIP managing team, with particular focus on delivering Zouk's differentiated value proposition to the privileged guests
• Promote special club events to customers
