OUE Restaurants Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced VIP Host to deliver a warm, highly personalized hosting experience for our distinguished guests. You will build lasting relationships with VIP clients, drive repeat visits, and proactively upsell through table and bottle sales.

The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a polished presentation, and a passion for premium hospitality in a nightlife setting. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, are expected to meet guest demand.

• Confident, polished, and well-presented with a natural ability to engage VIP clientele.
• Sales-driven mindset with proven ability to meet targets.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Calm and professional under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for hospitality, nightlife, and premium guest experiences.
• Prior experience in PR, guest relations, nightlife, or hospitality is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, delivering a warm, professional, and highly personalized hosting experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and returning VIP guests to drive repeat visits and long-term brand loyalty.
• Proactively generate revenue through table and bottle sales, consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
• Work closely with Operations, Bar, and Floor teams to ensure seamless execution of VIP table service.
• Proactively engage and approach new guests to build relationships and identify potential VIP clientele.
• Handle guest feedback and concerns with discretion, professionalism, and efficiency, escalating issues to management when appropriate.
• Represent the brand’s image, values, and service standards at all times while on duty.
