Job summary

Zouk Group in Singapore is seeking a VIP Executive to assist the VIP Manager in delivering a market-differentiated, high-energy atmosphere and exceptional guest experience, especially for VVIP and VIP guests.

You will collaborate with operations, marketing and hosting teams, manage VIP relations, reservations, staffing and events, and help recruit and coach hostesses and bottle service staff to uphold Zouk’s standards.

Qualifications

Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities.
1–3 years of relevant VIP hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

Assist with VIP relations, including public relations, reservations, scheduling and administrative tasks.
Create a professional, upscale, welcoming environment for guests from all walks of life.
Establish relationships with guests and ensure each one feels valued.
Manage payments and timing for VIP guests.
Arrange transportation for groups and VIP guests, book parties and events.
Expand nightly events through personal communication and marketing efforts.
Build, nurture and grow relationships with the key client base.
Assist with recruitment, training and service delivery of hostesses and bottle service staff.
Build and manage a core VIP team focused on delivering Zouk's differentiated value proposition to privileged guests.
Promote special club events to customers.
