• Be able to arrange baby sitter services; arrange presents upon guest's request.
• Maintain repeat guest program and handle all VIPs.
• Know about official hotel contracts and honor them at all times.
• Responsible to handle guest complaints in a professional and hospitable manner.
• Ensure that hospitality program is followed.

MAJOR FUNCTION:

Create a hospitable and professional atmosphere in your area to ensure total guest satisfaction.
