Job summary

Zouk Clarke Quay Pte. Ltd. seeks a VIP Executive to support the VIP Manager in delivering a market-differentiated, high-energy guest experience for VIP and VVIP guests. You will collaborate with operations, marketing and other channels to ensure exceptional service.

You will recruit, train and lead VIP hostesses and bottle service crews, arrange transport and events, and nurture key client relationships while maintaining professionalism and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Well-groomed and professional disposition.
• Service oriented, friendly and strong interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Able to communicate with all levels.
• Strong leadership, performance management and coaching abilities.
• 1–3 years experience in a similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with VIP relations: PR, reservations, scheduling, staffing, and admin tasks.
• Create a professional, upscale, welcoming environment for guests.
• Establish relationships with guests and make each one feel valued.
• Manage payments and timings for VIP guests.
• Arrange transportation for groups and VIP guests, book events.
• Expand nightly events through personal communication and marketing.
• Build and grow relationships with key client base.
• Assist recruitment, training and service delivery of hostesses and bottle service crew.
• Build and manage a core VIP management team delivering Zouk's value proposition to privileged guests.
• Promote special club events to customers.

About the role

The VIP Executive is responsible for assisting the VIP Manager with the overall operational performance of the VIP team. This includes working closely with operations, marketing and all other channels to effectively deliver a market differentiated high energy atmosphere of fun and exceptional guest experience to all guests, with a specific focus on VVIP & VIP guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with aspects of VIP relations, including public relations, reservations, scheduling, staffing and other administrative tasks

• Help create a professional, upscale, welcoming environment for guests from all walks of life

• Establish relationships with guests and make each one feel valued

• Manage payments and beginning/end time for VIP guests

• Arrange transportation for groups and VIP guests, book parties and events

• Expand nightly events through personal communication and marketing efforts

• Build, nurture and grow sustainable relationships with the key client base

• Assist with the recruitment, training and service delivery of hostesses, promoter girls and bottle service crew

• Building and managing a core VIP managing team, with particular focus on delivering Zouk's differentiated value proposition to the privileged guests

• Promote special club events to customers
