Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Concierge for our client’s Central Singapore property management team.

You will support event planning, setup, and guest service for a high-profile portfolio. You will coordinate with vendors, assist with pre- and post-event duties, and ensure seamless operation while maintaining top-tier service for clients, including C-suite and VVIP guests. This role requires physical event setup duties and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of event coordination experience with experience in vendor management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; AV technical knowledge is an advantage.
• Diploma in Hospitality or a related qualification preferred; candidates must be comfortable with physical event setup duties.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of events, ensuring smooth and seamless event operations.
• Assist with pre-event preparations, event setup, execution and breakdown.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure event requirements are met.
• Provide warm, professional and attentive service to clients, C-suite and VVIP guests.
• Assist with managing multiple tasks and event requirements while maintaining high service standards.
• Respond to guest enquiries and requests with professionalism and strong attention to detail.
• Support physical event setup, including moving chairs, tables and event equipment as required.
