Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. on behalf of a multinational client in Facilities Management seeks a Senior Concierge to support the Property Management team in Central Singapore.

The role focuses on delivering high-touch hospitality and seamless event experiences, coordinating logistics, and guiding teams through multi-stage events. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in event coordination, strong vendor and client management, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of event coordination experience with strong vendor and client management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; AV technical knowledge is an advantage.
• Diploma in Hospitality or related qualification preferred; comfortable with physical event setup duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end event coordination, including pre-event consultations, setup, execution and breakdown.
• Act as a key liaison for clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Manage multiple events simultaneously across different planning stages.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely setup and quality service delivery.
• Provide professional and personalised hospitality to C-suite and VVIP guests during high-profile engagements.
• Respond promptly to real-time challenges and last-minute requests while maintaining service quality.
• Support event operations, including basic AV coordination and physical setup of chairs, tables and event equipment when required.

They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

The Senior Concierge's responsible is:
