RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Concierge to join our Property Management team to support event planning, setup, and execution.

The role emphasizes professional client service, including interactions with C-suite and VVIP guests, as well as hands-on event setup duties in a central location. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of event coordination experience, strong communication skills, and a diploma in Hospitality or a related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of event coordination experience with vendor management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; AV knowledge is a plus.
• Diploma in Hospitality or related qualification preferred; comfortable with physical event setup duties.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of events, ensuring smooth event operations.
• Assist with pre-event preparations, event setup, execution and breakdown.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to meet event requirements.
• Provide warm, professional service to clients, including C-suite and VVIP guests.
• Assist with managing multiple tasks while maintaining high service standards.
• Respond to guest enquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Support physical event setup, including moving chairs, tables and equipment.
