Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is supporting an established MNC services firm specialising in real estate and investment management in Singapore. The role, located at Raffles Place, centres on welcoming guests and delivering attentive, professional service at all times.

You will coordinate meetings, events and corporate functions, manage setup and logistics, liaise with vendors and internal teams, and respond to last‑minute requests while maintaining high standards of hospitality and venue presentation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, clients and event attendees with professional and attentive service.
• Handle enquiries and requests promptly.
• Support the planning and smooth execution of meetings, events and corporate functions.
• Coordinate event setup, including meeting rooms, furniture, equipment and other event requirements.
• Liaise with vendors, caterers, AV technicians and other service providers to ensure timely and smooth event delivery.
• Monitor vendor setup and service quality during events and follow up on any issues.
• Conduct checks of event spaces and supporting areas to ensure they are clean, organised and professionally presented.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure seamless event operations.
• Prepare event notes, handover information and relevant documentation.
• Manage multiple tasks and respond effectively to last-minute requests during busy periods.
• Assist with inventory management of event supplies and materials.
• Support the team in maintaining high standards of hospitality and venue presentation.
• Assist with moving chairs, tables, event equipment and other items when required.
