Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of event coordination experience with vendor management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; AV knowledge is a plus.
• Diploma in Hospitality or related qualification preferred; comfortable with physical event setup duties.

Our client is a multinational company in the Facilities Management industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Concierge to join their Property Management team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

The Concierge's responsible is:

• Support the planning and execution of events, ensuring smooth and seamless event operations.


• Assist with pre-event preparations, event setup, execution and breakdown.
