Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a Guest Relation/Butler to join a multinational Facilities Management team in Central Singapore. The role focuses on greeting guests, VIP handling and delivering exceptional service in a corporate lounge and events setting.

The successful candidate will manage arrivals, attend to general enquiries, coordinate with housekeeping, and ensure AV and room setups are ready for meetings and events in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest relations.
• Ability to handle VIP guests with discretion and tact.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and escort guests to reserved seats in a courteous, prompt manner.
• Identify VIPs and special guests from daily arrival lists.
• Oversee arrival/departure of VIPs to ensure a seamless experience.
• Assist customers with general enquiries and service-related matters.
• Provide proactive and high-quality service to meet expectations.
• Prepare and serve beverages per established standards.
• Ensure food/beverage safety and labeling compliance.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping for a clean lounge environment.
• Set up/dismantle event spaces and ensure AV readiness.
