Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma holder.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Proactive and flexible attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Write and converse well in English. Able to communicate comfortably with foreigners.
• Willingness to work long hours a few weeks prior to events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, management, execution and fulfilment of hospitality for Experia Hospitality Services clients and guests (accommodation, transport, dining amenities, tours, etc.).
• Liaise with customers, clients and partners to ensure a positive experience and meet client expectations.
• Support development and promotion of Experia Hospitality Services, including business development and partner engagement.
• Assist in running Experia Hospitality Services by developing administrative procedures to manage partners, customers, and operations.
• Support hospitality arrangements for hosted VIPs and dignitaries, covering air travel, ground transportation, and hotel accommodation.
