Job summary

MEXC is seeking a senior social media strategist to lead global campaigns across platforms, crafting engaging content and GTM strategies for a crypto-focused audience. This role requires deep crypto culture knowledge, multilingual communication, and the ability to mentor a distributed team.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, leverages data-driven insights, and can operate with Singapore-based preference while supporting international initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of social media experience, preferably in fast-paced consumer-facing industries (crypto, fintech, tech).
• Proven track record of launching multi-platform social campaigns that drive engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
• Strong understanding of crypto culture, memes, and community behavior on social platforms.
• Deep knowledge of content mechanics and growth levers on X, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Experience developing brand-aligned content frameworks and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (excellent communication and writing skills in both languages).
• Proven experience managing and mentoring content or social media teams.
• Strong analytical skills—ability to use data to inform strategy and optimize results.
• Highly creative, agile, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, globally distributed (remote) environment.
• Base location in Singapore (remote work allowed, but Singapore-based preferred).

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate high-potential projects in Web3, crypto, DeFi, and blockchain infrastructure
• Conduct independent due diligence across team, product, tokenomics, finance, compliance, and market
• Draft investment memos, conduct valuation, and deliver clear investment recommendations
• Structure and negotiate transactions including equity, SAFT, and compliant investment vehicles
• Manage post-investment monitoring, risk control, and value-added support
• Track industry trends, protocols, and regulatory developments
