Job summary

Gemini is seeking a Lead, Operations & Growth for our Singapore team. You will own outsourcing governance, MAS compliance, and drive local growth through cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, Compliance/Legal, and Customer Support.

You will engage with high-value VIP traders, organize workshops and events, and ensure smooth execution of the Singapore growth plan. You will collaborate with leadership to monitor performance, reactivate customers, and coordinate promotions for

Qualifications

6–8 years in financial operations/growth and marketing/client-facing roles within financial services, fintech or crypto.
Strong understanding of crypto platforms, operations, client support and management.

Responsibilities

Own outsourcing governance and MAS compliance-related processes for Singapore.
Lead Singapore growth roadmap with cross-functional teams in marketing and product.
Coordinate VIP traders' onboarding, issues resolution and high-touch support.
Plan and execute VIP events, workshops, and promotions to maximize impact.
Maintain relationships with high-value clients and gather product feedback.
