Key Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with no less than 3 years of professional working experience in CFD product operation or financial derivatives operation.
• Possess rigorous logical thinking ability, proficient in data sorting and analysis, able to output data-driven operational decisions stably.
• Excellent cross-department communication and coordination skills, strong pressure resistance and executive ability, able to efficiently promote project landing under tight business cycles.
• Have a strong interest in cryptocurrency and FinTech business, candidates with relevant crypto derivatives operation experience are highly preferred.

Requirements

• Based in Singapore, familiar with local Singapore daily life, local merchant resources, office compliance rules and expatriate living policies.
• 2–5 years pure corporate administrative execution experience, stable in administrative support role.
• Pure admin background, no heavy HR, finance, sales or facility property management dominated experience.
• High EQ, good cross-cultural communication skills, patient and service-oriented mindset.
• Able to strictly follow global unified admin standards and complete local implementation efficiently.
• Independent in handling daily office operational issues and local vendor coordination work.
• Good English and Chinese communication ability.
