Gemini in Singapore is seeking a Lead for Operations & Growth to drive the local growth agenda and oversee key processes for the Singapore entity. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Compliance/Legal and Customer Support to deliver world-class experiences for high-value clients.

The role focuses on outsourcing governance, weekly growth rituals, and close partnerships with leadership to activate the Singapore market and support events like Token 2049.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in financial operations, growth or client-facing roles within financial services, fintech or crypto.
• Strong understanding of crypto platforms, operations, client support and management.

Responsibilities

• Own Singapore growth roadmap and execute plans with marketing and product teams.
• Drive operations governance, outsourcing management and MAS compliance awareness.
• Coordinate VIP trader activations, events and on-the-ground support for major industry shows.
