Marina Bay Sands is seeking a dedicated butler to deliver seamless, personalized guest experiences across Paiza and Paiza Royal Collection. You will handle pre-arrival planning, smooth check-in, in-house services, and memorable departures, coordinating with multiple departments to anticipate guest needs.

Role requires exceptional communication in English and Mandarin, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to manage complex itineraries while maintaining Forbes 5-star standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in relevant experience.
• Proficient in Property Management System (PMS) and POS systems.
• Excellent writing, reading, and communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest journey from pre-arrival to departure at Marina Bay Sands.
• Coordinate dining reservations, transportation, and in-room services.
• Communicate with guests professionally by phone, email, and messaging.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure compliance with Forbes Travel Guide 5-star standards.
• Adhere to safety, security and confidentiality policies.
