Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore invites an attentive Butler to deliver personalised, five-star service across arrival, in-suite dining, and guest experiences, ensuring every guest feels valued. You will study guest profiles, anticipate needs, coordinate with security, housekeeping, and vendors, arrange transportation, celebrations, and bespoke itineraries, and ensure seamless check-in and check-out.

Fluency in English and Vietnamese is valued, with strong knowledge of local attractions and dining

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred.
• Excellent English and Vietnamese communication skills.
• Proficient with PMS and POS systems; knowledgeable about FCS/LDS.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership with every guest to ensure engagement and presence.
• Study guest profiles, send pre-arrival emails, respond promptly.
• Respond professionally in-person, over phone, emails and messaging.
• Assist with limousine/taxi bookings, dining, attractions and entertainment reservations.
• Prepare suites, conduct arrival meet-and-greet and in-suite check-in, tailor itineraries.
• Serve and replenish amenities; perform daily make-up and turndown services.
• Make dining recommendations and handle in-room dining orders.
• Organize celebrations for guests with special occasions.
• Coordinate pre-departure arrangements, packing assistance, and transfers.
• Address security incidents and guest feedback; support management.
