Job summary

Marina Bay Sands seeks a professional Butler to deliver exceptional guest experiences within the Paiza and Paiza Royal Collection. You will coordinate pre-arrival arrangements, check-in, in-house services, and departure details to ensure a seamless, personalized stay.

You will work across departments to tailor experiences, manage guest profiles in OPERA, and uphold Forbes Travel Guide 5-star standards as well as Paiza guidelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred.
• Proficiency in using Property Management System and POS; strong familiarity with MS Office.
• Excellent writing, reading, and communication in English and Mandarin; Mandarin required is essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute Butler Command Centre operations and core tasks.
• Oversee guest journey from pre-arrival to departure at Paiza Collection.
• Coordinate dining, transport, and experiences with internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain guest profiles in OPERA and ensure privacy and security.
• Uphold Forbes Travel Guide 5-star standards and Paiza service guidelines.
