Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a professional Butler to join the frontline hospitality team in Singapore. You will conduct daily briefings, manage guest requests, and coordinate with Front Office, Guest Relations, Paiza Services, Housekeeping, and In-Room Dining to deliver exceptional VIP experiences.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in a similar capacity, strong English communications, and a proactive, meticulous approach.

Qualifications

• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma/Degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same capacity.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and provide excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily briefing to ensure important information and updates are shared among team members.
• Manage guest requests and ensure tasks are properly carried out.
• Resolve guest feedback and manage complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Supervise and coordinate Butler operations and services with Front Office, Guest Relations, and In-Room Dining.
• Assist VIP meet-and-greet and ensure seamless guest experiences.
