Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is seeking an attentive team member to support the Butler Services department. You will brief the team daily, handle guest requests, and ensure VIP needs are met with discretion and professionalism.

The role requires at least 1 year in a similar capacity, good English, and a strong service mindset. You will collaborate with Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma/Degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same capacity.
• Able to communicate effectively with both English.
• Proficient in the use of Property Management System.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily briefing to ensure information and updates are shared among team members.
• Manage guest requests and ensure tasks are properly carried out.
• Resolve issues pertaining to guest feedback and manages the complaint efficiently.
• Monitor daily butler operations ensuring tasks are attended without fail.
• Solicit feedback from guests and share information per procedures.
• Handle meet and greet of VIPs.
• Audit butler services to ensure standards are met.
• Work with Front Office, Guest Relations, Paiza Services, Housekeeping, Facilities and In-Room Dining to prepare for VIP arrivals.
• Manage the operations of the Butler Command Centre.
• Report suspicious activity to Security.
