Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a dedicated butler to deliver seamless, personalized guest journeys in Paiza and Paiza Royal Collection from pre-arrival to departure.

The role spans multiple departments, coordinating dining, transport, and special experiences to ensure memorable stays for discerning guests. A hospitality background and 1 year of relevant experience are required; strong English and Mandarin skills are essential, with PMS/POS proficiency and flexibility across shifts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred (or equivalent).
• Excellent writing, reading and verbal communication in English; Mandarin advantageous.
• 1 year or more of relevant hospitality experience is required.
• Proficient with property management and POS systems; able to navigate multiple tools efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests in Paiza and Paiza Royal Collection with Forbes 5-star standards.
• Coordinate dining, transportation, and personalized experiences for guests.
• Manage pre-arrival to post-departure processes and guest profiling in systems.
• Assist with check-in, check-out, and special occasion arrangements for guests.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Concierge to deliver seamless service.
