Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or tourism management.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficient with property management and guest-service systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute Butler Command Centre Operations and core tasks.
• Coordinate guest experiences across multiple departments to ensure seamless service.
• Assist with guest requests, dining, transportation, and special occasions.
• Maintain safety, quality standards, and accurate record-keeping.
