Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a high-energy BDR to join our Sales Development team. This role focuses on outbound lead generation and qualifying opportunities within our Enterprise Accounts, with emphasis on Vietnam market and growing exposure to Singapore clients.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years inside sales experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Vietnamese to converse with clients in the Vietnam market.
• Minimum 3 years Inside Sales experience within IT (New Business Development, Cold Calling, Planning/Strategy).
• Excellent Written/Verbal communication skill and track record selling to Singapore clients.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
• Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within Vietnam.
• Research and build cold accounts; contact and outreach via email and calls.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets/quotas.
• Engage with Senior Executives in prospect accounts.
• Evangelize Salesforce and the On-Demand model.
