Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage public and stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Organised and meticulous with strong administrative abilities.
• Familiarity with IT software and platforms; video/image viewing tools and AI tools a plus.
• Willing to work on weekends and after hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Process vessel permit applications, review documents, and liaise with stakeholders.
• Maintain vessel permit records in databases and prepare reports.
• Respond to public feedback and handle enquiries about vessel activities.
• Prepare and publish notices related to events and works in reservoirs.
• Support procurement activities, including tenders and quotations.
• Implement ad-hoc improvement projects and board vessels for site observations when required.
