Job summary

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills; customer service experience is a plus.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Organised, meticulous with strong administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with IT software and AI tools is an advantage.
• Able to attend weekends and after office hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Process vessel permit applications, reviewing documents and liaising with stakeholders.
• Maintain and update vessel permit records in databases; prepare reports as needed.
• Respond to public feedback and handle enquires related to vessel activities.
• Prepare and publish notices on PUB's website about events and works.
• Support procurement tasks, including tenders and quotations for services/products.
• Implement ad-hoc improvement projects.
• Conduct site observations to ensure compliance; may board vessels.
